Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle delivery of technology projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, and risk.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to drive execution and resolve technical blockers.
• Translate business requirements into technical scope, user stories, sprint goals, and delivery plans.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design sessions.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, capacity).
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery discipline.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery processes and Agile practices.
