Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects across multiple technology domains. The role requires strong leadership, delivery excellence, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary delivery contact, managing stakeholders, communication, and escalations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture).
- Drive best practices in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and software engineering.
- Manage delivery metrics, KPIs, resource utilization, and project financials.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal efforts as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15+ years of IT delivery experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in IT services or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred.
