Key Responsibilities

  • TPM will define and execute comprehensive CloudOps/NoC/MLOps/DevOps project plans, including scope, schedule, deliverables, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Leadend-to-end deliveryof projects involvingcloud-native transformations, CI/CD pipeline setup, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
  • Ensure smooth integration betweendevelopment, QA, and operations teams, promoting continuous delivery and deployment practices.
  • Managescope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring compliance with SLAs and project objectives.
  • Act as aprimary client liaison, conducting governance meetings, communicating risks, and ensuring transparent reporting and escalation management.
  • Collaborate witharchitecture and cloud engineering teamsto design scalable, resilient, and secure delivery models for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • SupportSoW, RFP, and Presales Engagements- contribute to RFP/RFI responses, SoW preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with presales and solution teams to defineDevOps delivery architectures, transition plans, automation frameworks, and SLAs.
  • Identify and manageupsell and cross-sell opportunitieswithin existing client accounts through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
  • Leadcross-functional teamsof DevOps engineers, SREs, and Cloud specialists - guiding sprint goals, reviewing technical deliverables, and enabling team performance.
  • Managecapacity planning, skill development, and workforce optimizationacross multiple projects.
  • Full ownership from a technical program management side during project execution phase.
  • Foster a culture ofautomation-first, observability, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement delivery best practices usingAgile/ITILframeworks and ensure integration with CI/CD and monitoring pipelines.
  • Oversee project documentation, budget tracking, milestone sign-offs, and operational transition to support.

Skills & Experience

  • 13+ years of overall experience, including5+ years in DevOps/CloudOps/SRE project or program management.
  • Deep understanding ofDevOps tools and ecosystems- Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Loki).
  • Hands-on familiarity withAWS, Azure, or GCPservices (EC2, EKS/AKS/GKE, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and cloud migration strategies.
  • Experience managinginfrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations, and reliability engineeringprojects.
  • Strong expertise ingovernance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial control.
  • Knowledge ofAgile/Hybrid delivery modelsand experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • Excellentcommunication, leadership, and client engagementskills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM/SAFe) certification.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure toAI Ops, MLOps, or Platform Engineeringenvironments.
