Technical Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 1015 years of experience to lead

complex, high-impact initiatives across technology and business domains. The role requires

strong executive presence, governance leadership, and delivery excellence to ensure

strategic objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder

satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and PMO standards.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control.

Establish robust governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for senior leadership and steering committees.

Serve as the primary interface with executive stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.

Drive cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and performance across internal and external teams.

Own financial management including budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and vendor SOW management.

Ensure compliance with quality, security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate to project needs.

Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and organizational best practices.

Required Experience Capabilities:

1015 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale, complex projects.

Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-vendor delivery models.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.

Experience in enterprise or global delivery environments.

PMP, Atlassian, Salesforce, Scrum or Agile certifications.

Expertise on AWS, Azure and GCP platform

Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce or equivalent.
