Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, fostering long- term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) to ensure seamless project execution.
Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct project retrospectives and client feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Manage scope changes and negotiate effectively to align business and client priorities.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
57 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or related roles in IT/software development.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven track record managing international client accounts and complex projects.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
