Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow implementations and enterprise platform rollouts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale international IT programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end ServiceNow delivery in global environments.
This role requires working in US shift hours and collaborating with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow IT programs and enterprise platform rollouts.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams across time zones.
- Drive project governance, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive updates.
- Oversee ServiceNow platform implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational standards.
- Facilitate UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation support.
- Handle stakeholder communications and escalation management.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience managing ServiceNow projects.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow IT programs or enterprise platform rollouts.
- Strong exposure to international/global project delivery.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
- Experience working in US Shift environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
