Job Summary:

Pyxidia is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with extensive experience in managing projects within an Agile/Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid technical background in J2EE-based microservices applications, and a proven ability to manage multifunctional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion within the Agile/Scrum framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of up to 10 members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress and metrics.

Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.

Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and Agile management methodologies.

Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile teams.

At least 5 years of development experience in building J2EE-based microservices applications.

Familiarity with Agile management practices, metrics, and tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to mentor, coach, and build effective teams.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.

Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
