Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and KPIs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects through proactive ownership, risk management, and operational responsiveness.
- Monitor project performance using industry-standard tools and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical, clinical, and operational teams to align expectations and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams for seamless project execution.
Technical Integration & Compliance
- Oversee technical integration with third-party healthcare systems (PACS, RIS, EHRs) and other healthcare applications.
- Conduct pre-deployment assessments and site readiness checks, including infrastructure, data security, and compliance evaluations.
- Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and medical device standards.
On-Site Leadership & Deployment
- Travel to customer sites globally as required for project oversight, technical workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
- Adapt to dynamic healthcare environments, managing multiple concurrent projects and changing requirements effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience managing healthcare IT projects, preferably with PACS, RIS, or diagnostic platforms.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across geographies with strategic and tactical balance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders across clinical and technical domains.
- Knowledge of data protection standards (HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional, or globally distributed teams is a plus.
