Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end ETL projects
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and scope constraints

Agile Methodology

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Promote team collaboration and alignment through agile best practices

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment on business and technical requirements

Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with technical teams on data pipeline architecture and development
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AWS and Spark-based ETL solutions

Risk Management

• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Continuously monitor project progress and remove obstacles

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Drive the development and deployment of scalable ETL solutions on AWS

Continuous Improvement

• Foster a culture of ongoing learning and process enhancement
• Encourage the use of improved methodologies and tools

Quality Assurance

• Ensure ETL processes are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Maintain high standards for data quality and system robustness
