Job Description:-

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Plan and track project backlog, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones

Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.

Ensure adherence to agile principles and promote continuous improvement.

Oversee delivery of project components, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

Manage release schedules and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Identify and remove blockers that impede project progress.

Develop and implement strategies to manage risks and minimise their impact on the project.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and status.

Prepare and present comprehensive status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.

Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure efficient use of resources.

Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

Analyse project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, applying lessons learned in future projects.

Should have experience working on ETL, integrations, Devops tools (Github, Jenkins)

Should have delivered technical projects in cloud, Data or AI.

Proven experience as a Agile Project Manager, preferably SAFe certified
