The responsibilities of the role include:

Must have proven track record in successfully building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale product/projects in a complex technology

Managing distributed scrum teams and a scrum of scrums delivery process, plan, organize and control areas of the IT delivery across multiple teams in partnership with various distributed delivery PM's, ensure projects are delivered within mutually agreed scope and timeline as part of the client coverage platform strategy

Your expertise

Worked as a Project manager, leading software engineering team(s) of 15-20 associates for 12+ Years of experience with user centric applications on cloud platform (preferred AWS)

Have a solid technical background (.NET), PHP adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions

Full software development life-cycle - 3+ years experience in Agile (Scrum)

Experience of planning; forecasting, budget control, people management and retention planning.

Solid understanding of the importance of Continuous Integration, Test Automation

Experience working with vendor and products including integration

Someone who possesses a team-first mentality.

Highly proficient with MS Office, Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools)

Ability to expertly read, write and speak in the English language.

Nice to have Skills :

Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Gemini Agent) into daily development workflows.

Utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation enhancements.

Participate in evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies to improve development productivity and software quality.

Collaborate with AI tools to identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.

Education and certifications

Ideally Masters or equivalent qualified

Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 certified

Scrum Certified
