Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the complete lifecycle of internal and external products from idea to launch.
This role combines product management, automation engineering, and operational optimization.
The candidate will work closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to identify manual processes, design automation workflows, and build scalable platforms that improve productivity and enable new business capabilities.
This person should be capable of building workflows themselves (using tools like n8n, APIs, AI tools) while also managing product development and launches.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Platform Development
- Define product vision and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to build new internal or customer-facing platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
2. End-to-End Product Management
- Conduct product discovery and requirement gathering.
- Create PRDs, workflows, and system architecture.
- Work with engineers and designers to develop features.
- Prioritize backlog and manage sprints.
- Coordinate product launches.
3. Process Automation & Workflow Design
- Analyze current operational workflows.
- Identify repetitive manual work done by the operations team.
- Design and implement automation workflows using tools like:
- n8n
- Zapier / Make
- APIs
- AI tools
- Python scripts
Goal: reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
4. Internal Tool Development
- Build or coordinate development of internal tools and dashboards.
- Integrate systems such as:
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- CRM tools
- Databases
- Third-party APIs
5. AI & Intelligent Automation
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven workflows and agents.
- Implement AI tools that support operations, reporting, and decision-making.
6. Product Launch & Scaling
- Manage product releases and rollout strategies.
- Define success metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback.
