Work Mode: Hybrid Work from Office (3 days-MWF) and Work from Home (2 days-TT)

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager will be part of the Client Engineering Services (CES) team, supporting efficient solution delivery and technical execution. This role involves managing cross-functional technical initiatives, ensuring smooth client deployments, product readiness, and ongoing program success. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, data, and delivery teams to drive projects on time, manage risks, and maintain quality. The role also supports release planning, documentation, and rollout coordination, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, including new client deployments, migrations, technical configurations, and high-priority engineering workstreams.
  • Lead day-to-day technical coordination across Implementation Engineering, Solutions Integration, and other Engineering and Delivery teams.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource alignment, ensuring clear visibility and accountability.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Ensure clear and proactive communication of objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to internal technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide structured project updates, status reports, and leadership-level summaries.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational project risks.
  • Escalate blockers appropriately and drive cross-team resolution for project-critical issues.

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline CES project workflows, technical handoffs, and cross-team coordination.
  • Help standardize CES processes, training, and tools to improve execution efficiency and consistency across client engagements.
  • Contribute to building repeatable frameworks for deployments, configuration reviews, QA checks, and feature enablement.

Product & Feature Rollout Coordination

  • Coordinate the rollout of new or updated platform features to clients, including readiness assessment, client prioritization, and tracking progress through completion.
