Required Skills & Experience
- 812 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in project management.
- Strong technical background in Java / Spring Boot / React.js / RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience managing Agile / Scrum software development projects.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
