Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance leveraging full-stack experience.
  • Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation.
