About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join Varahe Analytics dynamic engineering team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that support our organizational objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of engineering initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to innovative projects that impact electoral strategies and societal change across India.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. A minimum of two years of experience working directly with engineering teams on complex system development projects is essential. Proven experience managing projects involving data infrastructure, APIs, or AI/ML systems is highly desirable. The candidate should have a track record of delivering projects on schedule and maintaining high quality standards. Strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the engineering roadmap, including leading sprint planning sessions, establishing PRD templates, and balancing priorities across different project pods.
- Acting as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering, and managing expectations effectively.
- Driving the timely delivery of high-quality projects by monitoring progress, resolving blockers, and conducting efficient sprint ceremonies.
- Implementing scalable engineering processes, establishing project tracking systems, and promoting operational excellence within the organization.
- Participating in technical discussions, evaluating engineering proposals, and understanding code to ensure project alignment with technical standards.
- Fostering effective communication across teams, translating technical constraints into business implications, and influencing decision-making processes.
