What You'll Own- Run daily standups, weekly sprint reviews, and sprint planning
- Convert business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria
- Manage tech vendors, SLAs, timelines, and escalations
- Coordinate QC (outsourced) and ensure smooth Dev QC UAT Production flow
- Oversee tools like Beds24 (PMS), Zoho CRM, OTA integrations, automation workflows
- Align with Reservations, Revenue, Ops, and Dubai leadership on all tech initiatives
Must-Have Experience(Please apply only if you meet these)
- 58 yearsin Technical Project Management or Product Management
- Strong understanding ofAPIs, integrations, CRM/PMS/SaaS systems
- Hands-on experience with sprints & Agile execution
- Strong documentation: BRDs, workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria
- Vendor management experience
- High accountability, detail-oriented, zero-excuse mindset
- Onsite in Dehradun
Nice to Have- Hospitality tech exposure
- Basic SQL/ETL/dashboard familiarity
- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, Zoho)
