Job Description

Han Digital Solution (P) Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The role involves overseeing project execution from initiation to closure while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close technical projects in accordance with defined schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams including developers, engineers, and support staff.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables through detailed project planning.
Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and project management best practices.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Apply strong technical knowledge of software development life cycles, IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and network technologies.
Provide technical guidance to teams to ensure feasibility and optimal solution design.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting delivery commitments.
