Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project specific
- Lead and manage technology consulting projects
- Point of contact for intake of projects
- Work with internal technology and operations team to deliver projects or implementations through project planning, risk management, change management, resource management and financial reporting
- Collaborate with client point of contact(s) to enable business requirements gathering and drive building technology solutions in partnership with business analysts.
- Drive the project and implementations based on standard project management guidelines
- Create, publish and present standard project governance artifacts like weekly status, monthly reviews etc., across applicable forums including presentations to client
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in IT Projects & minimum 3+ years of experience with managing and leading technology projects (internal and client)
- Strong project and program management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work across account management, technology, operations, finance and other internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies
- One of the PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist certifications
- Experience in delivering projects in healthcare space
