This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also requires leadership in driving project success and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee planning and execution of technical projects
• Exceptional Team Leadership and Communication skills to guide and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess project risks, track metrics, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Previous experience in a technical project management role, preferably in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
