Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Gurugram. The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring that objectives are met on schedule and within scope. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring project performance, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders. The candidate will act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, fostering collaboration and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and Program Management for organizing, planning, and ensuring successful project completion
• Proven Team Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions
• Delivery quality is expected to be consistent with client requirements and compliant with contracted terms, while adhering to HIPL methodology and modern best practices
• Outstanding Communication abilities for efficient collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Technical expertise in Oracle systems or other database technologies is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; MBA or PMP certification is an added advantage
• Experience in managing technology projects, particularly within a database or ERP implementation environment, is preferred
