We are seeking a highly skilledTechnical Project Managerto lead and manage projects. The ideal candidate will have experience infintech, digital payments, and wallet solutionsand will be responsible for driving project execution from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, compliance, and security, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Technical Leadership:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, provide guidance on best practices, and remove blockers.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Agile & Scrum Practices:Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure continuous improvement in team processes.
- Compliance & Security:Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices related to digital wallets and payments.
- Performance Monitoring:Track project KPIs, report progress, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experiencein technical project management, preferably infintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong understanding ofwallet management systems, payment gateways, and transaction processing.
- Hands-on experience withJira, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements and vice versa.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, compliance, and security.
Nice to Have:
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud computing, and DevOps best practices.
