Roles & Responsibilities:
Project & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, and resource allocation.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate all technical and logistical aspects of projects including timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and change requests.
Technical Requirements & Planning:
- Lead scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimation, and planning for single or multiple projects.
- Schedule project timelines and estimate budgets effectively.
- Translate technical scope and requirements for stakeholders of all levels.
- Document and understand technical environment dependencies to support an integrated end-to-end environment.
Agile Software Development & Coordination:
- Manage agile software development processes with Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts.
- Facilitate sessions with Product Managers, internal, and external stakeholders to analyze business and user needs.
- Deliver necessary artifacts such as use cases, user stories, functional requirement specifications, UI designs, mockups, and workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as a liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Standards & Best Practices:
- Participate in documenting technical best practices and standards for production of accessible assets.
- Ensure adherence to technical and process standards across projects.
