Job Overview

The Technical Project Manager will lead large-scale digital and AI-driven transformation programs, owning end-to-end project execution across modern technology stacks. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical depth and structured project management, ensuring predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes

Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Business stakeholders to deliver complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital, AI, and transformation projects, ensuring on-time and in-scope execution.
  • Translate business requirements into technical project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps teams.
  • Track and manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enforce coding standards, quality, and architectural alignment.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve delivery commitments.
  • Ensure production readiness, release management, and post-go-live stabilisation.

Mandatory Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.
  • Mandatory certification PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise programs.
  • Proven experience leading AI-driven or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong technical expertise across modern digital stacks: Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Backend: Java / Spring Boot or Node.js; microservices & distributed systems, Databases: Relational (Oracle, SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) , APIs: REST, GraphQL, Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Engineering degree (BE / BTech or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience working in fast-scaling or transformation-led environments.
  • Strong ability to bridge business objectives and technical execution.
