Job Role: Project Manager

Experience: 9-18 Years

Location: Bengaluru

2 round interview & 2nd round Face to face.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Coordinate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and full-stack solutions.

- Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project management and team collaboration.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices and career development.

Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Java-based web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

- Extensive knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

- Proven experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Tools Required:

- Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.

- Version control systems like Git.

- Project management tools like Jira or Trello.

- Testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.

- Front-end development tools/libraries like Bootstrap or jQuery.

- Containerization tools such as Docker.
