Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects from initiation through implementation
• Deliver projects across full SDLC while supporting Agile/Scrum practices and DevOps processes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain regular touchpoints with internal stakeholders and clients
• Define project roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and ownership clearly
• Participate in project scope definition, sizing, and resource planning
• Allocate and monitor SOW deliverables, schedule tasks, and track progress against milestones
• Manage risks, dependencies, and team conflicts proactively
• Track daily progress, control slippages, and report status to leadership and stakeholders
• Document and maintain change orders for each change request
• Coordinate with product owners and Scrum teams for sprint planning and deliverables
