Key Responsibilities: Project Management
- Lead and manage platform-based projects.
- Support Business Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in project execution.
- Coordinate internal project communications and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
- Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation when required.
Progressive Responsibility: Business Analyst Support
- Assist with capturing high-level requirements and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional needs and project objectives.
- Support testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback collection, where needed.
- Facilitate smooth communication between technical and business teams.
You will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology-driven environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with technical terminology and coordinating across technical teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Experience in large-scale platform projects or system upgrades is a plus.
