Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Management

  • Lead and manage platform-based projects.
  • Support Business Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in project execution.
  • Coordinate internal project communications and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation when required.

Progressive Responsibility: Business Analyst Support

  • Assist with capturing high-level requirements and process flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional needs and project objectives.
  • Support testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback collection, where needed.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between technical and business teams.

You will have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical terminology and coordinating across technical teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
  • Experience in large-scale platform projects or system upgrades is a plus.
