We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager – AI & Automation Projects

3-Month Contract Role | Ahmedabad Preferred | Full-Time Engagement

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join us for a 3-month contract and help lead our AI, automation, CRM, and software development projects from planning to execution and production.

This role is ideal for someone who can act as the control tower between developers, QA, automation teams, AI tools, and business stakeholders, ensuring every moving part is delivered on time, with clarity and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle: planning, development, testing, and deployment

• Create and track project timelines using MS Project, Excel, or similar tools

• Assign tasks and ensure accountability across developers, interns, and QA teams

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate solutions quickly

• Supervise development workflows, database work, QA testing, and VAPT/security testing

• Apply Agile/Scrum practices for better sprint planning and execution

• Build strong internal processes and improve team productivity

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3–7 years of experience in technical project management

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Experience managing IT, software, CRM, AI, automation, or SaaS projects

• Ability to communicate with both developers and business teams

• Good reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills

• Basic technical understanding of coding, databases, QA, deployment, and security testing

• Experience handling developers, trainees, interns, or cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage

• Compensation: Competitive monthly contract fee, based on experience
