Agile Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and configuration of applications end-to-end
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and project teams
• Drive Agile project execution including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure delivery of applications within scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and process-related issues during development
• Mentor and guide junior team members to improve team capability
• Contribute to solution design and decision-making discussions
• Ensure continuous communication between cross-functional teams
