Opening For Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple scrum teams working on diverse technologies and objectives.
• Prepare, publish, and maintain project plans and schedules aligned with project priorities.
• Act as an evangelist in high-priority, premium projects, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Monitor project progress continuously through scrums, on-demand reviews, and progress tracking.
• Re-evaluate schedules to handle slippages and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Report periodic progress, completions, and delays to all relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with customers and multiple stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Leverage developer experience in Java or Python to guide technical teams effectively.
• Ensure adherence to processes defined by internal and client audit teams.
• Resolve dependencies between scrum teams, clients, and other project teams.
• Address issues and non-conformances reported by QA and internal/external audits.
• Capture, track, and publish execution metrics and team performance data.
• Recognize exceptional efforts and contributions of individuals and teams.
• Establish SMART objectives for engineers and leads, aligned with project metrics.
• Provide periodic performance feedback and nurture continuous learning aligned with technical requirements.
