Senior Software Engineer - (PowerBI developer with SSIS, DAX, SQL)

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Create interactive and insightful reports tailored to specific business requirements.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into data-driven reports.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure timely and reliable data flow for reporting purposes.

Advanced Data Modeling and Querying:

• Develop and optimize DAX queries and Power Query scripts for complex data manipulations and calculations.
• Build efficient and scalable data models to enhance reporting performance.

Collaboration and Data Integrity:

• Work with data engineers, database administrators, and IT teams to ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
• Ensure integration of data from multiple sources into a cohesive reporting structure.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor the performance of existing Power BI solutions and optimize where necessary to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Assist in empowering business teams to leverage data insights for decision-making.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends in Power BI and other BI tools to enhance capabilities and implement new features.
