Technical Project Management

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Management , you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of modern workplace and enterprise technology projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in analyzing workflows, designing application use cases, managing tasks, and supporting client communications. This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting solution design discussions.
  • Support Project Managers in scheduling, coordination, task assignment, and daily follow-ups with delivery teams.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, reports, status updates, and documentation.
  • Participate in client calls, take meeting notes, and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze risks, dependencies, and opportunities for project optimization.
  • Help in creating user journey maps, flow diagrams, or functional documentation for apps and automations.
  • Conduct basic quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations.
  • Explore and recommend modern tools to streamline project collaboration and reporting.
  • Work with Microsoft technologies including Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3- 5 Years of experience with a background in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in technology, project management, and business analysis.
  • Self-driven, curious, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to Azure, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills

Preferred Tools & Platforms Exposure (Nice to Have)

  • Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate
  • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner
  • JIRA, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of databases or logic-based apps
  • Preference towards Immediate Joiners.
