Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in managing the projects.
Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
Experience in Data Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a similar technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform program decisions, and with developing and implementing strategies to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience leading cross-functional projects to manage projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives, and navigating organizational boundaries and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
Ability to solve software engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
Assist and manage in the technology programs and development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for team initiatives.
Communicate program updates, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program plans, processes, and policies.
Establish partnerships with analysts, engineering, product leads and other cross-functional teams.
Understand Data Analytics and Machine Learning models and their applications.
