Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely execution, risk management, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical program planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Track and report program progress using dashboards and status reports.
- Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture alignment.
- Ensure programs meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
- Improve delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Support release planning, roadmap execution, and post-launch reviews.
- Act as a single point of accountability for program outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery models.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-team technical programs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern system architectures.
