Job Overview

Leena AI is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across key engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader who can guide agile teams, remove roadblocks, and manage a pipeline of complex L3 engineering support tickets. You will be the bridge between engineering, product, and customer successensuring clarity, speed, and operational excellence.

This role is critical in enabling our engineering teams to move fast while maintaining the reliability our enterprise customers depend on.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Management

  • Lead and facilitate multiple Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment to sprint goals and on-time delivery.
  • Run sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Program Ownership

  • Own and prioritize the pipeline of complex L3 engineering support tickets.
  • Work closely with engineering leads to ensure timely and high-quality ticket resolution.
  • Balance support-driven and roadmap-driven work without compromising timelines or standards.
  • Define and publish L3 processes, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to foster transparency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the communication hub between engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Provide clear status updates, progress visibility, and performance metrics to leadership.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously enhance Agile workflows and L3 ticket-handling processes.
  • Implement tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for improved predictability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles in a software product company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Program Manager.
  • Proven experience managing L3 engineering support pipelines.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern engineering stacks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and project tracking dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or equivalent Agile credentials.
  • Experience working with SaaS, enterprise products, or B2B platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
