Role Purpose:
The Program Manager will be entitled for products plans, coordinates, and manages a portfolio of projects. The Program Manager actively leads all aspects of the projects from start to finish, including project team definition, project planning, documentation, project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, interfaces with training and support groups, and program communication.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
- Effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders internal and external teams (Business/Finance, Product development, Support and Operational teams)
- Actively lead all aspects of a portfolio of projects working through multiple stakeholders from start to finish including launch new customer programs through requirement gathering, defining solution and technical integration.
- Post customer launch manage support and ongoing engagement for new feature requests/enhancements.
- Project control: Manage changes, risks, scope, cost, quality, communications, time, and procurement.
- Create a program tracking tool as well as manage, update, and report on programs on a regular basis.
What matters in this role:
- 7+ years of proven experience in technical development/testing/integration or application support and project management experience.
- Technical and functional skillsets to understand and learn new products offerings and drive project execution end-to-end.
- Experience in client facing roles and understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to document and manage client requirements, solutioning, testing and project planning.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
