Position Overview:

The Account Manager and Technical Program Manager (TPM) will play a key role in managing and delivering complex, high-impact programs across multiple teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that milestones are met. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impact.
• Work closely with the senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach.
• Instill best software development and documentation practices, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Project management: prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments.

Must Have Skills:

• Overall 12 + years experience in Software Development with 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and Delivery Manager
• In-depth, hands-on technical expertise.
• Concrete software development background, including design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
• Software development experience in Java, Linux, RDBMS, building web services and highly scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of Big-data technologies and ML algorithms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical degree.
