We are seeking a seasoned Tech PMO Senior Manager to oversee project management operations for our India Market Unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technology projects and managing diverse teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project management activities for technology initiatives in the India Market Unit.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
