Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:
Articulate team technology, goals, requirements, and milestones.
Build subject matter expertise and stay updated on technological developments.
Develop and manage cross-functional programs, identifying risks and dependencies.
Work with Product and Engineering to define roadmap and execution strategy.
Process & Performance Management:
Drive internal process improvements to increase efficiency, performance, and quality.
Remove roadblocks and optimize team workflows.
Implement accountability measures to ensure high-quality engineering output.
Act as Release Train Engineer, coaching teams in SAFe4 and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Establish strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
Communicate technical plans, progress, and risks to management and stakeholders.
Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
