We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage and deliver complex technical projects with a strong focus on cloud technologies. The ideal candidate has excellent program management skills, technical depth in cloud platforms, and a track record of successful project execution in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs from planning to delivery
- Translate business goals into technical plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Drive Agile/Scrum processes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Provide detailed, transparent project updates to leadership
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
Good-to-Have (Preferred):
- Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure or migrations
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automation projects
- Vendor/third-party coordination and management experience
