As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for program management of large software initiatives of the company. You will collaborate closely with partners across our engineering, product, design, quality assurance, operations and platform teams to establish program plans and drive all stages of the software development and release. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment among the cross functional teams and ensure that the project plans are executed effectively meeting customer commitments. You will collaborate with the development team and product managers and drive program planning taking cross functional, internal and external dependencies into consideration.
You will also support the PMO's efforts to standardize processes and tools for continuous improvement, including contributing to governance, metrics, process adherence, and status reporting as part of the PMO charter.
You will demonstrate a good understanding of AI concepts, knowledge of tools and techniques in the AI space, ability to adopt AI tools for day to day program management by automating, scripting, customizing artefacts for quick turnaround when needed. Working knowledge and hands on experience of writing scripts or using AI software and tools to extract data from internal tools including Jira and confluence into spreadsheets to analyse and generate metrics for R&D department. In short, you will be the AI thought leader for the PMO organization.
