Technical Program Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs with metrics-driven approach
• Manage customer collaboration, defect tracking, and post-launch support
• Ensure scope control, risk mitigation, and timely communication of program status
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional collaboration among customer-facing and internal teams
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical plans and ensure alignment
• Oversee defect management, escalation handling, and L2 handovers
• Use data to manage project performance, resource allocation, and decision-making
