1-Bangalore need of Tamil or any south language is mandatory. Also, they should be comfortable travelling to Chennai locations twice a month.

Job Summary

·        Lead and oversee technical integration and transformation projects for enterprise customers.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.

·        Understand customer use cases to design solutions for leveraging product suite.

·        Provide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.

·        Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.

·        Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.

·        Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines. 

·        Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

·        Serve as the go-to product specialist.

·        Provide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.

·        Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployments.

·        Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.

What we are looking

·        Have 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations. 

·        Have a proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains. 

·        Are hands-on with Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows. Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles. 

·        Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations. 

·        Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address unique customer challenges. 

·        Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering value. 

·        Are adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members. Have strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork and achieve project goals.

·        Good to have: Hold PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

·        Possess technical certifications in APIs, cloud platforms, or related areas, as these are a plus.
