About the Role:
The Technical Program Manager – AI(Contract) is for building out its AI capabilities across sales, customer experience, operations, and enterprise functions. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager – AI who can take AI initiatives from idea → use case → production at scale. This role sits within the AI team and requires someone who can bridge business problems with AI/ML capabilities, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you will be expected to bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and ensure AI initiatives don't remain pilots but translate into real business value.
Responsibilities
- Support AI Programs End-to-End - Own delivery of AI/ML initiatives from use case definition to deployment and adoption. Define roadmaps, success metrics (business + model KPIs), and execution plans. Ensure AI solutions move beyond PoCs into scalable, production-grade systems
- Lead analytics and AI/BI workstreams across enhancements, optimization, QA, and release management.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and scalable solutions - Work with business teams (sales, marketing, CX, operations) to identify high-impact AI opportunities. Convert business problems into structured AI use cases (e.g., lead scoring, personalization, forecasting, automation). Collaborate with data science teams on feasibility, data requirements, and model.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, analytics, engineering, and reporting teams on solution design. Understand data pipelines, model lifecycle, and system integration challenges and ensure alignment between model development and production deployment
- Own KPI governance, reporting logic validation, and dashboard/release readiness.
- Program Leadership - Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in data/AI domains o Strong execution discipline with Agile or hybrid delivery
- AI / Data Fluency (Must-Have) Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML, data pipelines, and analytics. Ability to work with data teams and understand model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Manage project cadence, risks, dependencies, executive updates, and delivery governance.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years in Technical Program Management / Consulting / Data / AI programs
- Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products/use cases in production
- Strong exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with GenAI / LLM use cases (chatbots, copilots, document automation, Agentic AI etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data ecosystems
- Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks
- Certifications in AI, data, or program management
- Experience in real estate, customer platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus
