About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own platform and API products that sit at the core of how the bank builds and ships software. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Technical Product Manager, you will own technical products - APIs, platforms, and internal tooling - working close to engineering to turn architecture and integration needs into a clear, well-sequenced roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Roadmap

• Own the roadmap for APIs, services, or platform products
• Write detailed technical requirements and clear acceptance criteria
• Make trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and technical debt with engineering

Delivery & Integration

• Partner with engineering on design, integration, and rollout
• Define SLAs, reliability targets, and adoption metrics
• Coordinate with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in technical product management or a related role
• A strong grasp of APIs, data flows, and system design
• The ability to work credibly with senior engineers
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• An engineering or computer-science background
• Exposure to cloud, microservices, or platform products
• Experience in banking, fintech, or a regulated environment
