We handle the complexity of cross-border payments, compliance, tax, and settlement — so our merchants can focus on building great products.

We're on the lookout for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our product team. If you're excited by the idea of building integration tools, docs, and experiences that developers love and want to shape how digital businesses integrate and scale globally this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Developer-Centric Product Features

• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope and ship new Integration tools, SDKs and 3rd party plugins.
• Identify and solve pain points in the merchant developer experience — from integration to post-launch.
• Build internal tooling (e.g., mock servers, demo environments, onboarding templates) to reduce time-to-first-success.
  
  

Own & Evolve Technical Documentation

• Lead the information architecture of our documentation platform.
• Maintain high-quality API references, integration guides, setup walkthroughs, and developer tutorials.
• Work cross-functionally on Developer Relations and Support to ensure docs reflect real-world usage.
  
  

Champion Developer Experience & Community

• Monitor and improve how developers interact with Dodo across Intercom, Discord, Twitter and product touchpoints.
• Propose product experiments to improve developer activation and integration success.
• Stay close to trends in fintech tooling, open-source integrations, and merchant pain points.
  
  

Must Have

• 2–5 years experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Solutions Engineer at a SaaS, fintech or B2B startup.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows — APIs, authentication, webhooks, backend integrations.
• Prior experience writing or maintaining developer documentation or SDKs.
• A technical background — ideally with hands-on experience in backend development
• A user-first mindset and a bias toward action.
