Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct in-depth research on Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 trends.
- Identify new product ideas, training programs, and practical use cases.
- Contribute to research-backed reports, case studies, and concept notes.
- Assist in creating and formatting presentations, technical articles, research papers, and case studies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into structured and learner-friendly content.
- Support curriculum development and creation of learning materials.
- Assist subject matter experts as a Teaching Assistant in academic delivery.
- Design assignments, projects, and evaluation frameworks.
- Provide learner feedback and support doubt resolution.
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions, workshops, and programs.
- Coordinate with mentors, learners, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Track attendance, performance, and overall program progress.
- Manage and operate the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload content and monitor learner engagement on the LMS.
- Maintain data, reports, and dashboards for internal tracking.
- Collaborate with technical, content, and operations teams.
- Support end-to-end academic and product delivery processes.
- Assist in resolving operational and technical challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, Automation, AI, and Industry 4.0/5.0.
- Participate in internal training and upskilling initiatives.
