Role: Technical Manager
Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of Agile Scrum teams, with a strong hands‑on background and global client exposure.
Skillset: React, Python, AWS, MySQL
Roles & Responsibilities –
Provide hands‑on technical leadership across frontend, backend, and cloud systems
Lead and manage Agile Scrum teams, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
Actively unblock engineers through deep technical understanding, guidance, and direct code contribution when required
Perform code reviews to ensure best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Participate actively in architecture design, technical brainstorming, and decision‑making
Collaborate closely with clients with minimum 3 hours daily overlap, including sprint and technical discussions
Serve as a technical point of contact for the client, clearly communicating risks, trade‑offs, and solutions
Drive tooling, framework, and technology adoption, including AI‑enabled development practices
Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and technical debt
Strengthen developer experience and improve engineering productivity
Ensure efficient use of Cloud (AWS preferred) infrastructure and stable backend services
Continuously work toward improving delivery efficiency, reliability, and overall solution quality
