Technical Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our website and digital systems. This role is critical in ensuring a professional global digital presence, seamless website functionality, and efficient technical infrastructure to support business operations and buyer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and update the company website to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Monitor website performance, speed, uptime, and security.

Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and hosting-related problems.

Improve website user experience (UI/UX) and mobile responsiveness.

Update product pages, certifications, compliance details, and export information.

Implement inquiry forms and lead capture tools for buyer engagement.

Perform regular backups and ensure website security and data protection.

Optimize website structure and content for search engine visibility (SEO basics).

Manage domain, hosting, and company email systems.

Support digital documentation, file management, and internal technical needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Minimum 25 years of experience in website development and maintenance

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting

Understanding of website security, hosting, and backup management Preferred Skills

SEO fundamentals & performance optimization UI/UX improvement understanding

Experience with lead capture & CRM integrations

Basic graphic/content handling for website updates
