Role Overview:
NMG Digital www.nmgdigital.com is looking for an SEO Manager who will be involved in generating and managing SEO projects and growing organic visits for our clients websites and ensure that all the set Organic Traffic goals are achieved. Our clients are based in US and UK and are large enterprises and mid market companies.The candidate's responsibilities include managing a team of Technical SEOs , Content Writers and Link builders. We want a candidate who can make the brand more visible and generate more leads for the business and has exposure of working with international clients and managing teams.
Required Candidate Skills:
- Experience in interacting with SEO clients based in US and UK via email, video conference calls, presentations and reporting
- Team Management and delegation of tasks to Technical SEOs , Link builders, Content writers , Designers and developers both inhouse and at client end.
- Experience in setting up skillful teams of Content writers, Link builders, Sr SEOs experts.
- Strong client interaction skills and ability to manage the overall delivery of results to the maximum satisfaction level of clients.
- An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies in US, UK and worldwide.
- Successful track record of managing multiple client projects.
Desirable Skills:
- In-depth knowledge in all aspects of natural search optimization, ethical white hat techniques, inbound marketing, content marketing and a thorough understanding of On Page Optimization and
- Link building impacting search engine rankings, traffic and other KPIs
- Should have hands on Experience on Dynamic Site Optimization/ Schemas Implementation
- Should have working knowledge of modern outreach based link building strategies and implementations
- Advanced knowledge of website technical and content audit and implementation
- A digital native with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels & have good command over AI / ML and its usage in modern SEO , AEO.
- Strong understanding of Site Speed Implementation & Mobile Responsive design standards.
- Should have result driven approach and be able to measure the progress/outcomes of new implementations
- Strong understanding of measurement and tracking tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog, Brightlocal , MOZ and others
- Identify areas for onsite improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code and content development.
- Experience with Ecommerce, Shopify , Magento and Wordpress websites and SEO process for them.
- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
- Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills.
- Strong understanding of Link Building Strategy with Broken link building, Brand mentions, Guest Posting, E-Books, Infographics Digital PR , Interview outreach etc
- Should have done SEO for Local SEO and E-commerce websites which involved conversion and revenue tracking, optimization and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google sheet , MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics and internal reporting tools
Essential Skills:
- Strong Technical SEO Knowledge
- Google Analytics and Google Adwords certification ( preferred)
- Google Tag Manager knowledge
- WordPress, Shopify ,Magento Back-end knowledge
- HTML / CSS Knowledge
